I've been seeking health my whole life. I lost my mother to cancer when I was 7 years old, and have struggled with my own health ever since. It took me more than 20 years to figure out the root causes behind my seemingly never ending list of symptoms (chronic fatigue, low blood pressure, inflammation, pain, skin issues, gut issues, joint issues, food intolerances, anxiety, brain fog etc). In my case, the missing puzzle piece that connected all the dots was histamine intolerance.
